SNEAKERS

UNBOXED

STUDIO TO STREET

In an exceptional collaboration with the Design Museum, London, Pop Culture Gallery @Stary Browar presents the captivating exhibition “Sneakers Unboxed: Studio to Street” powered by PRM.

This show delves into the phenomenon of sneakers – footwear that has evolved from mere utility to cultural icons and collectible items. From archival models and limited editions to rare collectibles, the exhibition is a must-see for dedicated sneakerheads as well as casual sneaker lovers. Sponsored by PRM, a unique fashion concept blending luxury with street style, this event is set to be an unforgettable experience.

Few things are as universal and diverse as sneakers. The exhibition at Pop Culture Gallery @Stary Browar explores their history, cultural influence, and impact on design. Visitors have the chance to see hundreds of exhibits, including the earliest products from the world’s leading brands, pairs from highly sought-after collaborations, fashion designer-created models, innovative prototypes, as well as videos, photos, and materials that prove the term “sneaker culture” is no exaggeration.

The exhibition not only reflects on the past but also addresses how the leading sneaker brands are designing the future and tackling environmental challenges. A special point in the gallery symbolizes the industry’s shift towards circularity, where visitors can drop off their worn-out sneakers. These shoes will later be transformed into an artistic installation.
